Lanyu Machining with its in-house facilities and engineers has the capacities to bring customer products from concept to completion. It is a reliable and ideal manufacturing base that will help customers in the range of prototyping, precision machining, 5 axis CNC machining (large size parts), plastic tools making, and plastic injection molding.

5 Axis machining

5-axis machining technology can provide better solutions for complex shapes and contours. Compare with traditional CNC machining, the 5-axis machining process takes less setup time and provides higher accuracy. If you have parts that are hard to run in traditional machines, the 5 axis machining process will be a very good choice for you.

Precision machining

Precision machining is a traditional machining method used for high accuracy parts. It is challenging to keep all dimensions within tolerance and related dimensions 100% controlled with traditional methods. Precision machining process can have every factor, such as human, machinery, material, process and environments, strictly controlled. We will be the choice if you need precision machined parts.

Prototyping

Prototyping plays a key role in your new product. Prototypes are useful for the quick testing of a design, illustrating ideas or features, and gathering early feedback. Prototyping helps you move beyond talking and thinking towards action. The prototype is not the solution itself. It represents ideas, before components are created and implemented. Lanyu prototyping offers a complete service including, SLA/SLS/CNC machining /Turning /Grinding and polishing.

Tooling

Lanyu mold-tech has years of experiences in helping customers to make good quality tools. We know there are three key elements, which are part designing, tool making and injection molding, will affect the final product quality. So at the beginning of manufacturing, we will review the part design together with our customers, run with DFM analysis and sometimes the Mold-Flow analysis under the situation that the dimension request is critical. We have ability to build small and medium size mold in-house, so if you have that size of mold will be made, you can contact with us.

Injection molding

At Lanyu mold-tech, we have 10 sets of brand new plastic injection machines, ranging from 60 to 250 Tons. The factory is suitable for small, medium and high volume injection molding. If you have a project not only just need to make tools, but also want to go with production, we will be your ideal production base. We have the ability to increase our molding machines and rooms to meet your need if you get bigger projects. We can setup a custom-made production line to assemble your finished product at our factory. We also will provide all the packaging solutions to you.

Supply chain management

For helping customer to minimize the sourcing cost, Lanyu provides our customers with supply chain management support. We build up our own supplier networks which help us to provide better service to our customers. Our service includes raw material ordering, manufacturing, assembling, packing, storing, delivering and after-sale following up. Customers’ satisfaction is our mission.

R&D Supply

Research & Development Support is part of our value added service for customers. We help customers making SLA/SLS parts and metal stamping parts or laser-cutting parts as well if they want one-stop shop service. We deem this part as a support function and we just put a basic management margin to it for keeping price to be competitive.

NPD Supply

For those customers that want to produce their own brand products in China, Lanyu solutions can support them for making prototype, testing, kicking off tools, FAI checking, WI setup, and go with pilot run and mass production run. Most of process will be carried on in our own facilities so they will be under very good controlled. For those parts need out-sourcing, we also have experienced project team look after for them. Our target is to provide our customers good service for their New Product Development process.
